Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement cognitive search solutions using Azure Cognitive Search and related AI services to empower natural language query capabilities for business users.
  • Build data pipelines to ingest, index, and enrich data from diverse sources including databases, reports, dashboards, and documents.
  • Integrate semantic search, embeddings, and generative AI techniques to unlock advanced insights and drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases in finance, operations, and reporting.
  • Partner with data lake and ADF pipeline teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Adopt agile methodologies to validate and scale solutions rapidly while ensuring compliance, data security, and ethical AI usage.
  • Mentor team members on AI search and NLP best practices to foster innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Azure Cognitive Search, Cognitive Services, and AI/ML frameworks to design and implement scalable search solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration for search indexing to optimize data quality and relevance.
  • Familiarity with embeddings, NLP, and vector search technologies to enhance search accuracy and precision.
  • Experience connecting search solutions to business intelligence tools, reports, and dashboards to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise data management principles to ensure data security and integrity.
