Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Institutional FPI Operations Senior Manager to monitor and manage institutional pre-trade and post-trade activities for FPI accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling institutional operations, trade matching, compliance, and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Ensure smooth execution of institutional pre-trade and post-trade activities for FPI accounts.">
  • Match trades with the dealing desk and resolve mismatches at the root level.">
  • Process post-trade activities in Equity & Derivatives (EOD processing).">
  • Sent End-of-Day (EOD) files to clients in specified formats within stipulated deadlines.">
  • Maintain strong communication with FPI Back Office (BO) and Middle Office (MO).">
  • Handle issues and ensure smooth client operations.">
  • Manage client code and CP code modifications as required.">
  • Interact with exchange officials when necessary for operational requirements.">
  • Coordinate with STP providers to resolve issues in sending STP files, renewing digital certificates, and ensuring seamless communication.">
