Aerospace Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aerospace Design Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aircraft design, aerodynamics, CAD modeling, and systems integration.

  • Lead and contribute to the conceptual and detailed design of aircraft airframes and sub-systems.
  • Perform aerodynamic analysis and optimization of configurations.
  • Design structural components and assemblies using advanced composite and lightweight materials.
  • Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Work closely with electronics, propulsion, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Conduct structural and thermal analysis to validate design performance.
  • Participate in prototype development, assembly, ground testing, and flight trials.
  • Document design processes, BOMs, and support regulatory compliance for airworthiness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft design (internship experience may be considered for junior roles).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and structural design.
  • Experience with composite materials and fabrication techniques.
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping, 3D printing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with flight testing and system integration is a plus.
