Job Role: Engineering Lead

The position of Engineering Lead in Solar PV Projects involves overseeing the technical execution from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with grid codes and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise detailed engineering for solar PV projects, from concept to handover, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards.
  • Evaluate site-specific conditions for technical feasibility and develop plant layouts, electrical diagrams, and system integration.
  • Conduct energy yield assessments and performance simulations using tools like PVSyst, optimize project design to achieve lowest cost while ensuring reliability.
  • Review new technologies and provide technical support for bids, RFP responses, and financial models.

Successful candidates should have extensive hands-on experience of design and engineering of Solar PV Projects or through EPC contractors/engineering consultants.
