Job Description

The Quoting Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes.

The role involves maintaining records of quotations, following up with clients, and updating the status of quotes in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage quotations, including gathering information from internal teams and analyzing customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotations, including client communications and quote status.
  • Develop strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic components and related technical specifications.
  • Experience with SAP / ERP is an advantage.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Thoothukudi Area. The successful candidate will be part of our dynamic team that delivers innovative solutions to meet the needs of various industries.
