Revenue Management and Lead Generation Strategist

Infinity Learn, a pioneering EdTech hub, is seeking an ambitious Revenue Management and Lead Generation Strategist to drive growth and optimise revenue streams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies that enhance profitability and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies across all Infinity Learn products and services, including premium online courses, subscriptions, and offline offerings.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to set optimal pricing strategies that boost profitability and market share.
Lead Management:
• Collaborate with Organic and Performance Marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels (online, offline, organic, and paid), ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to refine lead qualification criteria, ensuring accurate assessment and prioritisation of leads based on their potential to convert.
• Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead acquisition to conversion, identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead data effectively utilised by the sales team.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
• Bridge Sales, Marketing, and Management: This position acts as a crucial link between these departments to ensure alignment and visibility of key revenue-driving metrics.
• Provide actionable insights across departments, using complex data analysis to inform strategic decisions that impact revenue growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 engineering or MBA college required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medium to large-scale B2C business, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership experience with ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and develop short-term and long-term plans that align with Infinity Learn's business goals.
• Familiarity with the EdTech industry, including trends, challenges, and competitive landscape, highly desirable.
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
