Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting and a strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports. They will also ensure review and timely issuance of Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards and Schedule III.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain high levels of accuracy in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports.
  • Review and timely issuance of Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts.
  • Compliance of SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Ensuring accounting for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc.
  • Ensure extremely high standards of accuracy are maintained in representation of financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting process preferably in same/ similar industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system.
  • Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
  • Expert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation.
