
Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving people strategies aligned with business objectives while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and local leadership.
Job Description: As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work culture by ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing guidance on company policies and labor regulations. You will also partner with line managers to implement fair and consistent employee relations practices.
Main Responsibilities:

- Partner with line managers to implement fair and consistent employee relations practices.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention across branches.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, retention strategies, talent acquisition, and branch-level HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
- Hands-on experience in conducting branch visits, managing employee engagement activities, and collaborating with local leads.
- Sound understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
