Problem Manager

We are seeking a skilled Problem Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for proactively managing problems and identifying incident and problem trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze incident, problem, monitoring, and change data to identify recurring incidents, alerts, and noise in the environment.
  • Develop plans and actions to eliminate and resolve these issues at all Priority/Severity Levels.
  • Manage the Root Cause Analysis process, working with impacted lines of business to ensure quality and in-depth root cause analysis and improvement actions are developed as soon as reasonably possible for high impact outages or for recurring issues.
  • Work closely with Major Incident Management teams, including participation during reported major incidents in real time.
  • Ensure that preventive actions are implemented on time by doing effective follow-up across technical towers.

  • Managing the entire lifecycle of problems from identification to resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and implement changes.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information.
