Job Overview:

This role involves leading the delivery of projects, playing a crucial part in every aspect of the consulting engagement from opportunity assessment to final implementation.

You will assist with sales and business development, working closely with teams in the US and India. Key responsibilities include building relationships with client stakeholders, conducting interviews, analyzing spend data, creating project deliverables, developing process maps, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting supplier selection.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry, specifically within operations, supply-chain and/or procurement. You should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and have an ownership-driven mindset. Proven problem-solving and time management ability, excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

A highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
