Senior Narrative Content Creator

We're looking for a creative and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Narrative Content Creator.

This role involves transforming ideas into powerful narratives that engage audiences across various platforms. You will work closely with our content strategists and producers to develop emotionally resonant stories that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating compelling scripts for a range of content, including brand videos, motion explainers, interviews, and campus documentaries. You will also collaborate with internal teams to polish and rewrite scripts, ensuring they align with storytelling best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute narrative content strategies that drive engagement and conversion
  • Create high-quality scripts for a variety of content formats, including video, social media, and web-based content
  • Collaborate with content strategists and producers to develop cohesive content plans
  • Pitch and sell story ideas to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and designers to bring narratives to life

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a creative agency or branded content studio
  • Proven track record of developing successful narrative content campaigns
  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles, including structure, emotional flow, and narrative layering
  • Excellent writing, editing, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with regional stories and cultural nuances is a plus
