Drive business growth through effective lifecycle marketing and GTM operations. This key role oversees the entire marketing and sales alignment stack, including email nurture programs, marketing automation workflows, digital retargeting, lead scoring logic, and database hygiene.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lift MQL to SQL conversion rate through nurture and retargeting improvements
  • Generate net-new pipeline each quarter from nurture and retargeting touches (sourced and influenced $)
  • Maintain 95% inbox deliverability and less than 1% hard-bounce rate across all domains
  • Cut data duplication and stale records by at least 40% via quarterly hygiene cycles

This role works closely with Outbound, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Data/BI teams to achieve measurable goals.

Additional areas of focus include:

  • Multi-touch attribution model design and upkeep in partnership with RevOps
  • Privacy and compliance ownership alongside Legal and Security teams
  • API and data integrations between CRM, automation, enrichment, and ad platforms

As the owner of the contact database, enrichment, and intelligence around those contacts, this role ensures seamless data management and analysis for informed business decisions.
