Job Title: IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • The IT Manager defines and manages the infrastructure, Applications, IT hardware definition and refreshments, network systems within the organization.
  • Works in a factory environment.
  • Performs tasks given by the Managing Director and in line with group IT guidelines & policies.
  • Overall responsibility for IT & Digitalization related functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the annual infrastructure budget.
  • Operate, monitor and develop SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Define infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary.
  • Roll-out global initiatives.
  • Manage purchasing, installation and rollout processes for IT hardware.
  • Responsible for technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for infrastructure.
  • Manage local infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Propose and coordinate deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.
  • Monitor performance of infrastructure and networks.
  • Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
  • Adapt and integrate group IT guidelines and policies into the region.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical IT teams.
  • Act as a local IT Security Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager.
  • Experience in working in a Factory set up and managing IT setup for OT environments is preferred.
  • Experience in leading and managing large IT projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security and other IT compliance standards.
  • Any exposure with lead digitalization initiatives will be an added advantage.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, team collaboration & leading projects and teams virtually.
  • Excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills.
