Job Title

We are seeking an ambitious business development associate to drive growth and innovation in the field of carbon neutrality and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will support our business development efforts across various services, including carbon advisory, renewable energy, and waste management projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing knowledgebase on carbon markets through desk-based research, categorizing reports and analysis at local and national levels.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, trends, customers, partnerships, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Generating leads by establishing contact with organizations and following up regularly.
  • Assisting seniors in developing sales pitches for prospective clients and participating in presentations of business ideas.
  • Coordinating with other departments for smooth workflow and expediting processes through established practices.
  • Preparing client contracts based on company size and service requirements.
  • Supporting reporting managers in tracking and maintaining leads generated, providing data for client-specific presentations.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in renewable energy, carbon consultancy, power sector, WTE, or NBS.
  • Ability to write reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and prepare contracts.
  • Effective time management to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Proactive attitude, taking responsibility for tasks assigned.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Team player with adaptable working nature and multitasking ability.
