We seek an experienced QA Engineer to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and ensure the highest standards of software quality.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Experience with agile methodologies, test planning, and automation frameworks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all aspects of quality assurance and ensuring the highest standards of software quality.
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks.
• Development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Collaboration with product managers and developers to identify defects and implement fixes.
• Development and execution of test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Assessment of current testing processes and suggestion of potential improvements or automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in software testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Onboarding Timeline:

• First Month: You will undergo training on solutions, gaining a deep understanding of major products we work with. You will become familiar with the products and its requirements, set up the testing environment, learn the team's processes and tools, and execute existing test suites.
• First 3 Months: You will be assigned to a vertical within the team and start working with the Lead. Create or update test cases based on the product requirements and acceptance criteria. Focus on both functional and non-functional testing aspects.
• First 6 Months: By this time, you will be fully involved in requirement discussions along with developers and Product managers. You will be solely responsible for conducting thorough testing, identifying defects, and ensuring that software products meet desired quality standards. Assess the current testing processes and suggest potential improvements or automation opportunities.
