About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inventory, cataloguing, marketing, logistics and operations with our team.
  • We are looking for someone with experience in D2C Shopify platform and major marketplaces like Myntra.
  • Candidates should also have experience in planning and scheduling campaigns on any marketplace or D2C platform.
  • This role requires a business-savvy individual who can drive sales through a customer-centric approach.
  • You will be responsible for handling Order Management System (OMS) and keeping track of orders, returns and claims.
  • A strong understanding of technical and business acumen is necessary to drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and data analysis skills using MS Excel are also required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with team for inventory, cataloguing, marketing, logistics and operations.
  • Experience with D2C Shopify platform and any one major marketplace eg. Myntra.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling campaigns on any marketplace or D2C.
  • Business acumen and customer-centric approach to drive sales.
  • Handle OMS and keep track of orders, returns & claims.
  • Must possess technical and business acumen to drive business growth.
