Job Summary



We're seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with top insurance companies.

Main Responsibilities



- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large and mid-sized corporations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and leadership teams
- Provide product feedback to improve our offerings and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline on own
- Present Nova Benefits to senior executives in client meetings
- Communicate effectively with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve sales quality

Essential Skills and Qualifications



To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Insurance Sales
- Strong knowledge of insurance products (GMC, GTL, GPA)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth team
