We're expanding our team and seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead our growth in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients, focusing on banks, financial institutions, MNCs, and large corporate offices.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Present Clleco's sustainable packaging solutions, highlighting cost-efficiency, sustainability, and alignment with corporate ESG goals.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to craft targeted sales strategies.
  • Attend corporate events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build Clleco's brand presence within the corporate sector.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-7 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or sustainable solutions industries.
  • Strong understanding of corporate procurement processes, especially in banking, IT, and large enterprises.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating deals, closing sales, and managing key accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with corporate decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent ability to communicate Clleco's value proposition to senior corporate leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and drive growth with minimal supervision.
