About Our Role

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to spearhead our mobile robotics service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, operations management, and field service.

  • This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive service strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • The successful candidate will oversee MR operations, including SOPs for onboarding and field operations, to ensure operational excellence.
  • They will provide technical leadership on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors and actuators, to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • A key aspect of this role is fostering strong relationships with high-value clients post-deployment, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 12+ years of experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of leveraging data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.
