The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support with back office, data entry, and data checks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing identity proof documents for authenticity by referring to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Extracting relevant data points from received documents and comparing them with provided information.
  • Comparing live images with corresponding identity document image templates using SOPs.
  • Working collaboratively with the team and providing continuous insights on process techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English language speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an office or BPO environment.
  • Good typing skills (min 25wpm with 90% accuracy).

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to work rotational shifts and week offs as the process operates 24/7.
