Senior Manufacturing Executive Opportunity

A leadership role within a multinational organization, where you will have the opportunity to work with a global company that has a presence in over 30 countries.

Job Description:

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the operations of a plant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing and leadership, as well as strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for plant operations, including resources, financial management, manpower development, production efficiency, and capability building.
  • Responsible for managing the full profit and loss statement covering the entire manufacturing process from receipt and release of raw materials to provision of final analytical results of manufactured goods.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards across key processes of purchase, logistics, planning, and stores.
  • Review and approve negotiated prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) or MBA in Operations/Production.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing, with at least 5 years of site/plant leadership experience in a similar production environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as EU MDR, US FDA, MHRA, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
