Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a full-time role for a BIM Modeler responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with architectural and engineering teams.

Daily tasks include creating, modifying, and managing models based on project specifications, utilizing skills in building information modeling and architectural modeling to drive projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Building Information Models using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings for residential and commercial projects worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Create, modify, and manage models based on project specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and architectural modeling.
  • Experience working on international projects with diverse cultural and technical requirements.
  • Ability to create and interpret complex construction drawings.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Full knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry tools.
