Senior Building Information Modelling (BIM) Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Specialist to lead our project teams and ensure the effective implementation of building information modelling technology across all design stages.

  • Lead project teams in the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource deployment aligned with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress tracking reports.
  • Support project setup and execution strategies, including the coordination of BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables with clients and consultants.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts to enhance BIM efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms, as well as excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-volume project environment, with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
