Job Opportunity: Lead IT Solutions

Our organization seeks an experienced leader to manage a team of IT specialists, responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions across procurement, supply chain, analytics, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide a team of IT professionals to design and implement functional workstreams from strategy to production delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sourcing, materials management, and finance to align IT capabilities with manufacturing supply chain operations.
  • Develop and execute roadmap planning, resource allocation, vendor engagement, and technology budgeting to support long-term business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 9-15 years of experience in supply chain management is required.
  • Strong experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) and ERP platforms is essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in E2Open skills is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in people management with end-to-end responsibility is necessary.
