Business Operations Manager

Operations Management

  1. Establish and maintain comprehensive data reference across multiple systems, encompassing Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal.
  2. Oversee ongoing data cleanup and maintenance within Diligent platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  3. Execute larger-scale data cleanup initiatives in accordance with enablement stories.
Data Integrity and Reconciliation

  1. Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.
  2. Implement ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems.
  3. Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain quality control measures to prevent data inconsistencies.
Fund Operations and Structure Management

  1. Execute setup for fund structures on the Alternatives book of business.
  2. Organize and maintain legal entity documentation for Alternative investments.
  3. Support fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down.
Process Improvement and Documentation

  1. Develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation.
  2. Lead process reengineering initiatives starting with Alternatives business and expanding to non-Alternatives operations.
  3. Create and update standard operating procedures for entity management processes.
  4. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  5. Provide guidance on complex entity management issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
