Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across multiple markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. The ideal candidate will own and develop annual affiliate campaign management and execution calendars, prioritizing strategy based on revenue potential.
  2. Develop and deliver an affiliate sales strategy across the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other international markets.
  3. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  4. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers to motivate affiliates and increase exposure and revenues.
  5. Run well-conceived A/B testing to optimize affiliate campaigns and their sales.
  6. Promote Affiliate programs in all relevant affiliate directories and forums.
  7. Communicate with affiliates via email and telephone to build strong relationships.
  8. Optimize all aspects of affiliate program through established and new networks to enhance productivity and create new growth opportunities.
  9. Daily affiliate management includes ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creatives, affiliate communications, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.
