Job Title: Global Business Expansion Manager

Metalink International is dedicated to simplifying the process of starting a company. We handle setups, trade licenses, PRO and visa services, corporate bank account setup, and local partner and investor protection.

This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Growth Specialist. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing market research, developing and implementing expansion strategies, managing sales initiatives, and leading a team.

  • Analyze and execute a global growth strategy to promote business setup and residency solutions.
  • Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • IDentify, engage, and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company's global footprint.
  • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
