Back End Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back End Developer to join our tech team.

  • Our ideal candidate will design and implement data storage strategies with high availability and failover mechanisms to prevent data loss or disconnection.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to architectural design and decisions to improve product functionality.
  • They will develop new features and enhance existing ones to meet business needs.
  • Additionally, they will manage and improve Continuous Integration (CI) procedures.
  • Reducing technical debt and enabling the team to iterate faster by identifying and implementing improvements is also a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement use cases.
  • Addressing performance and scalability issues, taking ownership of complex requirements is also required.
  • They will mentor colleagues through code review, pair programming, and training.
  • Participating in Agile development cycles and SCRUM meetings is essential.
  • Writing secure, scalable, testable code using modern best practices and technologies is a must.
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use is also expected.
Required Skills:
  • Programming languages: Python, JavaScript, C#, VB.Net, JAVA.
  • Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, NoSQL (MongoDB), Graph databases (GraphDB).
  • Reporting tools: Power BI, Grafana.
  • REST and SOAP APIs knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Bigdata platforms, Message Queueing platforms, GitHub, Jira, DevOps, and Cloud IoT platforms is a plus.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and at least 7 years of experience as a Back End Developer.
