Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in shaping the development of our software.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to deepen your backend development skills while gaining exposure to how product decisions are made.

You will work closely with engineering, product and customer teams to build integrations, debug live issues, read API docs and contribute to system infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Write clean, efficient code and build scalable backend components.
  • Read and understand external API documentation to help build new integrations.
  • Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools.
  • Participate in on-call debugging sessions with customers to resolve real-time issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks.
  • Take part in technical analysis, design discussions and roadmap planning.
  • Build and maintain robust APIs to support integrations.
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of backend development experience in Java.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate or similar frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers and version control systems (Git).
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally.
