Financial Operations Manager

The role of Finance Specialist involves managing finance at the speed of innovation, working alongside pioneers from top tech companies to build and scale next-gen ventures. The successful candidate will ensure financial discipline, compliance, and strategic insights that power high-growth businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures.
- Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.
- Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.
- Support venture finance setup for new business units.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA).
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of startup/venture finance.
- Exposure to investor reporting and fundraising processes.
- Experience in automation tools for finance operations.
- Familiarity with global accounting practices.
