Driving the Strategic Direction of IP Search and Analytics Services

This leadership role requires a seasoned professional to spearhead our Search & Licensing vertical, driving the strategic direction, technical oversight, and business leadership of the function.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in IP services, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. They must possess a proven track record of managing patent search, analytics, and/or licensing projects, with global client experience across various domains.

  • Developing and executing the strategic roadmap for the Search & Licensing business unit

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own P&L of the vertical; ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Develop pricing strategies, resource allocation, and service optimization plans to maximize profitability

Additionally, you will:

  • Supervise end-to-end execution of all IP Search and Analytics services
  • Implement rigorous quality control protocols and ensure delivery timelines are met

You will be responsible for leading the design and execution of IP Monetization strategies, supervising the end-to-end execution of all IP Search and Analytics services, and implementing rigorous quality control protocols.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology is required, while a postgraduate qualification in Intellectual Property is preferred.
