Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our payment business across key national accounts.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can drive revenue, expand our customer base, and build long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive national account plans to meet sales and revenue targets
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive expansion within key national accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver customized payment solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Gather and relay market insights to influence product development and business strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development in the payments industry
  • Proven success in expanding national accounts and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
