Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to collect, process, and analyze data to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data querying, visualization, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Translate business questions into data queries and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business decisions.
  • Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance.
  • Document data definitions, processes, and business rules.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
