Job Opening for Data-Driven Marketing Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented marketing data analyst to support business growth through informed decision-making.

About the Role:

  • This position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various marketing channels (digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics, etc.) to drive strategic decisions.
  • The ideal candidate will build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • The selected individual will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Responsibilities also include developing predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Ongoing campaign performance optimization through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations is required.
  • Maintaining data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with organizational standards is essential.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
