Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and growth of our Vedic lifestyle products vertical.

About the Role:

  • Brand Development: Establish a long-term vision for the brand, define its voice, and position it effectively in the market.
  • E-commerce Management: Oversee daily website operations, including content, merchandising, product listings, and monitoring website performance metrics.
  • Product Creation & E-commerce Setup: Curate high-quality Vedic products with vendors/suppliers, manage website development, and optimize customer experience.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and refine inventory processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  • Performance Marketing: Collaborate with internal or external teams to run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, manage ad budgets, creatives, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Influencer & Community Engagement: Build partnerships with astrologers, occult experts, and influencers aligned with the brand, collaborate on content, promotions, and events.
  • Content Strategy & Communication: Supervise all brand content, develop brand tone and voice, and analyze customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with our team for synergy and cross-promotion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online brand management, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Vedic traditions and occult sciences (desired).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with website management, inventory management, and performance marketing tools.
