Production Services Application Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role- This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in application support and willingness to work in shifts.
- The successful candidate will have experience in database/backend support, strong SQL queries knowledge, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Infrastructure Support, Configuration, and Release Management.
- They will also have expertise in monitoring tools (Application, Infrastructure, Synthetic, Log) and DevOps tools.
- Maintenance changes, deployments, and proactive monitoring of application health.
- Escalate incident tickets, liaise with business and technical leads, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with teams, raise support tickets, analyze root cause, and assist in efficient resolution of production processes.
- Communicate with business users to understand their needs and requirements.
- Perform process improvements, automations, and produce ad hoc reports from databases.
- Support infrastructure and interfacing applications changes, work in shifts, and provide on-call support.
- 6-10 years of experience in Dotnet Framework, C#, MVC, IIS, SQL Server/Oracle/Exadata technologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
