Performance Tester Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Testing and Analysis
    • With 5+ years of experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, and JMeter, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
    • You will design, develop, and execute performance testing scripts using various tools, including JMeter, to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of performance.
  • Mobile Performance Testing
    • Experience working on mobile performance testing is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring our mobile applications deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Team Leadership
    • Able to lead a team of performance testers, you will mentor and guide your colleagues to achieve their full potential.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills
    • With excellent communication skills, you will work closely with stakeholders to resolve performance-related issues.
    • Good analytical skills are crucial in this role, as you will need to identify and troubleshoot complex performance issues.
  • Automated Test Tool Support
    • Providing automated test tool support is an essential aspect of this role, as you will ensure that our testing tools are used efficiently and effectively.

Familiarity with planning, strategizing, and writing performance testing scripts using various tools is a must. Establishing and performing periodic process audits and standards assessments is also a key responsibility.
