Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain management, vendor partnerships, procurement strategies, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing business.

  • Develop effective procurement plans.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs.
  • Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. You should also have proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.

You will require strong knowledge of supply chain, operations, and procurement principles and practices. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

In addition, you will need to be proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office, and have attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
