We are seeking a strategic leader to play a pivotal role in shaping and securing our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Leadership: You will lead the delivery of platform engineering capabilities that support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure services. Your expertise will champion CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices across teams.
  • Team & Mentorship: Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. You will guide engineers through coaching, feedback, and technical mentorship.
  • Operational Excellence & Security: Provide deep expertise in IT governance frameworks, enhancing disaster recovery and resilience planning, contributing to cybersecurity risk assessments, and managing budgets to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with technology teams, business leaders, and external vendors to shape vision and drive execution of transformative platform initiatives. Collaborate across squads to deliver scalable solutions and support long-term platform strategies.
  • System Integration & Modernization: Support enterprise modernization efforts and help integrate platform capabilities with enterprise IT systems. Provide technical input on platform investments and operational decisions.
