Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Virtualization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing virtualized environments using OpenShift Virtualization.

  • Design and implement OpenShift Virtualization environments, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to OpenShift Virtualization, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems, leveraging effective communication and teamwork.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and processes, adhering to industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, including OpenShift Virtualization.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows Servers, including patch management.
  • Experience with storage systems and technologies, including storage management in OpenShift (PV, PVC).
  • Knowledge of network principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a virtualized environment.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 support.
