Job Title: Senior Financial Specialist for IT/ITES Export Operations

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled financial specialist to manage the complete accounting cycle for our IT/ITES export operations, utilizing expertise in Zoho Books.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/ITES export accounting, with hands-on expertise in Zoho Books for full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • They should be familiar with international client invoicing, vendor invoices, expenses, and reconciliations, as well as journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • The candidate should also have knowledge of TDS payments, GST filings, and Softex reporting for IT/ITES exports, and experience coordinating with auditors for IT/software company audits and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments.
  • Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
  • Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  • Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.
