Chief Power Electronics Development Officer

- Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for developing power converters.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from architecture to validation.
- Guide the design and specification of complex power electronics systems.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch.
- Build relationships with third-party vendors and partners to support product growth.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure design integrity and manufacturability.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (BSEE or equivalent).
- Master's or PhD in power electronics is highly desirable.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in power electronics R&D, with 7+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of power semiconductor devices, including Thyristors, Si-IGBTs, and SiC-MOSFETs.
- Expertise in gate driver design, bridge rectifier design, and multi-level converter topologies.
- Proven ability to design and optimize converters to reduce harmonics and improve efficiency.
- Experience in EMI/EMC mitigation, thermal management, and high-voltage isolation.
- Hands-on experience in hardware debugging, test bench setups, and system validation.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
