Sales Operations Lead - Growth Strategy
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Lead market and client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
- Own revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
- Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.
- Advocate CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
- Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is preferred
