We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead multiple projects, build and manage diverse teams, formulate strategies, and coordinate with other managers.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Delivering product and project commitments by participating in product roadmap discussions, providing input in design, modeling, and architectural decisions, owning and driving project estimations, and operating technology upgrades.
  3. Leading teams to develop new products, solutions, and processes, driving efficiency and productivity, creating designs that improve flexibility, functionality, and usability, and overseeing project logistics and resource allocation.
  4. Defining non-functional requirements and building a system that meets these needs, performing design and code reviews, and overseeing project logistics and resource allocation.
  5. Using tools and techniques to enhance code and design quality, reducing code debt, suggesting best design and implementation methodologies, and collaborating with other team leaders and departments.
  6. Mentoring team members and preparing them for future roles.

What matters in this role:

Experience & Qualifications:

A Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering is required. The ideal candidate has around 7-15 years of total experience working on delivery, development, and team management. They should have at least 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology, frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, and mobile technologies like Android. A good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL and NoSQL is also necessary.

Technical Skills & Efficiency:

The candidate should possess personnel and project management skills, expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes, organizational, planning, and documentation skills, and proficiency in explaining complex information to non-technical management personnel and stakeholders. They should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, have past experience using Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools, create qualifications for new products, and manage stakeholders and conflicts.

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  2. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Comfortable with dynamic requirements and able to pivot recruitment strategies as needed.
