- Perform routine maintenance on standard room equipment and facilities to prevent malfunctions.
- Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies required for standard room maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering:
- Strong knowledge of standard room equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
