Lead UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a creative professional to design intuitive, visually stunning and user-friendly experiences for a global audience.

The successful candidate will lead user research, persona creation and journey mapping as well as design wireframes, prototypes and polished UI for fintech products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI components
  • Build and evolve a scalable design system ensuring consistency and accessibility
  • Conduct usability testing and translate feedback into design improvements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio (fintech/trading preferred)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability and accessibility principles
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
