Job Role: Public Relations Manager

We are seeking a skilled communications professional to drive our media presence and enhance our visibility across multiple platforms.

About the Position:

  • Develop and implement effective PR strategies aligned with our mission to empower marginalized youth and women through technology-driven skilling and employment opportunities.
  • Bld strong relationships with journalists and media outlets, leveraging your expertise in traditional and digital PR to secure coverage and enhance our reputation.
  • Draft and distribute compelling press releases, features, and stories that showcase our work and impact.
  • Identify and leverage niche and mass social service platforms to increase our reach and brand awareness among donors and stakeholders.
  • Drive media coverage and manage digital PR on various portals, blogs, and social platforms.
  • Organize press events, interviews, and media engagements as needed, ensuring seamless execution and maximum exposure.
  • Track coverage, prepare reports, and measure the impact of our PR efforts to inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Mass Communications/PR/Journalism degree
  • 3-4 years of PR experience, preferably in NGO/CSR settings
  • Strong media network across India, with expertise in both digital and traditional PR
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, think creatively, and meet deadlines
