International Onboarding Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to facilitate seamless client onboarding, ensuring accurate requests and adherence to policies to mitigate risks.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive international market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Functions
  • Proactively collaborate with banking teams and clients to support comprehensive onboarding processes.
  • Validate client needs and requirements for new account services and product setups.
  • Maintain effective written and oral communication with internal teams.
Problem-Solving and Teamwork
  • Monitor implementation request progress, escalate delays, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders from Transformation and Product organizations to perform user testing and platform enhancement testing.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, accounting, technology, analytics, training, or process improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
