Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to ensure timely and accurate tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and compliance. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate informed decision-making and effective management of investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and timelines to ensure on-schedule execution.
  2. Collect, verify, and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive status reports for stakeholders.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to validate project information accuracy and provide reliable updates.
Data Management and Documentation:
  1. Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, technical specifications, financial records, and compliance documents.
  2. Update and manage the project monitoring database, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  3. Support the preparation of investment reports and due diligence documentation as required.
Coordination and Communication:
  1. Engage proactively with Project Management Consultants (PMCs), internal teams, and external stakeholders to gather accurate project information.
  2. Assist in scheduling and coordinating project review meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  3. Facilitate clear and timely communication to identify and escalate potential issues, risks, and delays.
Risk and Compliance Monitoring:
  1. Assist in identifying risks related to project execution and flag deviations from agreed investment terms or timelines.
  2. Participate actively in risk assessment processes and contribute to the tracking and follow-up of mitigation actions.
Qualifications:
  • B.Tech - Civil Engineering (minimum qualification)
  • Post-Graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR/RICS (preferred qualification)
  • Minimum 3-4 years of industry experience in real estate construction
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
