The Role of a Pension Fund Manager

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity in India's fast-growing pension industry. As a Financial Services professional, you will be directly contributing to expanding National Pension System (NPS) adoption by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients.

  • Develop and execute plans to achieve business targets & expand customer base
  • Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients
  • Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach
  • Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
  • Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
  • Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
  • Stay updated with PFRDA guidelines and industry best practices
Requirements

We are looking for fresh graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs or candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Networking, negotiation, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently & achieve targets
  • Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs
